Spooky Halloween Night

Waaaaa. It’s been a long time since I update this. And I realize that this is the right time. No reviews about Supernatural Season 4 last week so expect a back to back episode in coming days. I just finished downloading episode 7 today and I’m not in the mood to watch it on this point of time. Maybe tomorrow is a better time. I have experienced “weird” nights this past few nights and I don’t want to talk about it. I have lot of things to do like transcribing a seminar and also transcribing a seminar and later another seminar to transcribe. Too bad there is a nearby birthday celebration in our street so it will be a little tough for me doing my job. Good luck for me and Happy Halloween on whosever reading this.

TV: Supernatural 4.05 - Monster Movie

When I first saw the opening I thought I’ve download a fake episode 5 but it’s not. The good thing about Supernatural is their extraordinary ideas, it’s very supernatural. Is this filler? I guess. If not then what the hell is this episode doing on the fourth season? But seriously it’s a one hell of a funny episode and I like this one. It’s going to be a classic and will go down memory lane. The setting was good, and using Pennsylvania for Transylvania, the Oktoberfest, the Dracula riding a scooter, the opening, the intermission and the ending. The end…?

iListen: The Killers

 The Killers is composed of Brandon Flowers (vocals, keyboards), Dave Keuning (guitar, vocals), Mark Stoermer (bass guitar, vocals) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr., (percussion, drums). They are responsible for the hit “Mr. Brightside”. It’s one of my favorite songs of all time. They already have four albums which is Hot Fuss (2004, debut album), Sam’s Town (2006), Sawdust (2007) and their latest offering Day & Age that is set to be released in November 24, 2008.

99.5RT Website Coming Soon!

 I can’t wait for the new home of 99.5 RT The Rhythm of the City on the world wide web. I used to be a forum member of the previous site and I gain a lot of good friends. I hope that they revive the forum. It really helps making good relationship between DJs and the listeners. I also hope that the site is more interactive than the previous one and also more secure and stable (ilang beses na-DOWN yung site, huhuhu). 

Crazy over Crazy Kart

This is an addition to the LevelUp!Games family. Like what stated on the poster ‘The Philippines First Online Casual Racing Game”. It is most likely compared to Crash Bandicot and Mario Kart. Also another free-to-play that enables lot of gamers enjoys it for countless hours. The game is only under medium system requirements so it is playable on most PCs. The game installer is downloadable on the Level Up website. On the game area, the characters or “avatar” is customizable along with the carts and accessories but requires minimal cash point but high gold points. There are four game race modes, Single Power Up Race, Single Speed Race, Team Power Up Race and Team Speed Race. There is numerous race tracks available but requires certain level that enable the gamer to make/set-up room using that track.

US National Debt Clock needs widening

 This digital clock is the so called “The (US) National Debt Clock”. But if you will look at the photo above something is missing on it. If you translate the amount on that clock into words it goes like this “Ten Trillion One Hundred Forty Nine Billion Six Hundred Sixty Four Million Nine Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Two.” To complete this figure you should add “US dollars”. And the missing figure above is the US dollar sign. Before it bear a dollar sign but due to reaching the $10 Trillion mark, the clock is modified to show the digit “1” instead of “$”.An overhaul or complete replacement adding two more digits to the clock’s display is currently in the planning for 2009.

Barcode Trivia

 I don’t know if this will surprise you. I receive an email about another China product scare and this involves the product’s barcode. According to the email you will know where’s the product came from through its barcode. I’m a bit skeptic about this because I thought that this is just another hoax circling the web. But through extensive research (naks), I found out that this one is true. According to Makebarcode.com “The first two or three digits of an EAN-13 barcode identify the country in which the manufacturer’s identification code was assigned. They do not necessarily indicate the country in which the goods were manufactured.   Many countries have EAN coding authorities which regulate the use of retail barcodes.”

And all I can say that this is a must see episode (of course everything is) but this will make the story quite enlightening of what Castiel’s purpose on the life of the Winchester brothers (that is already obvious).
